Danielle has an LL.B. in Law from Glamorgan University and an LL.M. in Commercial Law, which incorporated a strong element of Intellectual Property Law, from the same University.
Before joining Abel & Imray, Danielle worked as a Trade Mark Examiner at the UK Intellectual Property Office, where she gained valuable experience evaluating the acceptability of trade mark applications and also gained extensive knowledge of trade mark searching and use of the International Classification system. She is fluent in Spanish and has some knowledge of French. Danielle is qualified to Foundation Level in the examinations to become a Registered Trade Mark Attorney, obtaining the highest mark in the UK law and practice paper.
