Xingye has a first degree in Chemistry from Nanjing University in China and a PhD degree in Analytical Bioscience from the University of Nottingham.
During her PhD studies, Xingye also worked for a UK-based engineering consultant company as a part-time Business Development Associate, responsible for many of the company’s business development activities, especially in China, and after completion of her PhD she became the full-time Intellectual Property Officer of the company. Xingye has experience of patent prosecution, especially in China. Her particular technical expertise is in the chemical subject matter area including pharmaceuticals and analytical techniques, although she also has experience in handling mechanical subject matter.
Xingye joined Abel & Imray as a trainee patent attorney in 2011 and works in the firm’s Bath office. Xingye is fluent in Mandarin and English.
黄星烨是艾博英瑞最新聘用的见习专利律师，拥有中国国籍，将致力于事务所在华业务的发展，并负责与事务所的中国客户以及合作的中国专利事务所之间的联系交流。
黄星烨毕业于南京大学化学系，获得学士学位后赴英国诺丁汉大学药学院深造，并获得分析生物科学博士学位。
在攻读博士期间，星烨在一家英国的机械资讯公司工作，最早任职商务发展助理，负责公司在中国地区的业务拓展和商务开发方面的工作，并于获得博士学位后，在同一家公司从事知识产权专员的工作。星烨拥有专利实施，尤其是中国的专利实施方面的经验。她的主要技术领域是化学方面，包括药物学和分析技术等，同时还有机械方面的相关经验。
黄星烨于 2011 年作为见习专利律师加入艾博英瑞，在事务所的巴斯办公室工作。星烨的工作语言是中文和英语。
